Meet Akina
Welcome to Inarisu. Meet Akina(アキナ)—our fox-spirit mascot inspired by the messengers of Inari Ōkami, the kami of rice and good fortune. Think of Akina as our little messenger and site guide, much akin to the kitsune (foxes) of the Inari deity.
"Inarisu" is our own coinage: . People often shorthand Inari as "the fox god"; our name plays with that image while still honoring the tradition.
